I am a Diesel Mechanic myself but after being away for a work trip for over 3 months I decided to take my car to a mechanic for a service and repair. I was still in holiday mode and living in Klemzig I decided I would try Louca Automotive.

He was honest from the start but his communication and work quality really won me over. I discussed issues I had with my car and Bill thoroughly explained each issue and any follow ups he had. I was never left in the dark and follow up work was not started until Bill had fully explained it to me over the phone.
The quality of work was great and in a timely fashion, I will be taking my car back to Bill again.
